How much is the shipping?

The shipping cost for one or more shirts within Europe is usually fixed.
Shipping costs are always calculated and displayed at the time of purchase and are usually fixed rates.

I have placed an order successfully, but why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?

If you have successfully placed an order, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received this email after 1 hour, please contact us so we can make sure your order has been placed correctly.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed on the same day. However it takes between 3 and 7 working days for us to process an order, after which we will send it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

At the moment, we do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens with your order, please contact us at info@costa-da-morte.com .
We only offer money refunds to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items.
If this were your case, please contact us at info@costa-da-morte.com with photos of your item and we will find a solution.

If a defective or mislabeled product passes our quality control or is damaged during shipping, we take responsibility and offer a new product.

Where can I send returns?

In the event of any return problem, please contact us at info@costa-da-morte.com so that we can then act accordingly: depending on the reason for the return, we will decide how to proceed.

How long do I have to make a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claim for a misprinted, damaged or defective item must be sent within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product to info@costa-da-morte.com .
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.

How are returns handled when they are due to quality issues or customer change of mind?

We will take care of the expenses derived from returns or problems that occur due to our error.

In case you want to change or return a product without defects or because you have ordered the wrong size, we cannot offer you returns or exchanges at the moment, but if something happens with your order, please contact us at info@costa-da-morte. com .
